Accountabilities:
  • Coordinate and manage day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth execution of onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Maintain accurate and secure employee records, documentation, and HR systems data in compliance with internal standards and data privacy regulations.
  • Support collaboration between HR, Finance, and leadership teams to ensure seamless payroll, benefits administration, and workforce planning processes.
  • Track and manage time-off records, policy updates, and internal documentation to ensure consistency and transparency.
  • Contribute to improving HR workflows, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Act as a trusted point of contact for HR-related inquiries, providing clear guidance and support to team members globally.
  • Assist in reporting, analytics, and dashboard management to support data-driven decision-making within the People function.

Requirements:
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, People Operations, engagement, or project coordination roles (or a combination of these).
  • Solid understanding of core HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, compliance, and records management.
  • Experience working with HR systems, spreadsheets, and collaborative digital tools in a remote environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset and comfort working with operational and HR data.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to explain processes clearly to non-HR stakeholders.
  • High level of discretion, reliability, and sensitivity when handling confidential information.
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a fully remote, asynchronous setting.
  • Interest in technology, fintech, or crypto-driven organizations is considered an asset.
