This role is accountable for delivering end-to-end HR partnership to site leadership while ensuring full compliance with Quebec and Canadian employment standards. margin: 0px'>How You'll Create Impact</H2> </div><div><p><strong>HR Business Partnering</strong><br />•    Act as the primary HR advisor to site leadership, partnering on workforce planning, organizational design, talent strategy, and change management<br />•    Coach leaders on performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, and leadership effectiveness<br />•    Translate enterprise HR strategies into practical, site-level execution</p><p><strong>Site HR Leadership</strong><br />•    Serve as the on-site HR lead for the Montreal location, providing day-to-day HR support and visible leadership presence for employees and managers<br />•    Own and drive site-level employee engagement, partnering with leaders to assess engagement trends, identify root causes, and implement targeted action plans<br />•    Lead and support engagement initiatives including listening sessions, pulse surveys, action planning, and follow-through on commitments<br />•    Coach leaders on inclusive leadership behaviors that strengthen trust, morale, and retention<br />•    Champion a strong, inclusive, and compliant workplace culture aligned with company values<br />•    Act as the local point of contact for corporate HR Centers of Excellence (Talent, Total Rewards, HR Operations, Employee Relations)</p><p><strong>Employee Relations & Compliance</strong><br />•    Manage employee relations matters including investigations, corrective action, performance improvement, and conflict resolution<br />•    Ensure compliance with Quebec labor laws, CNESST requirements, employment standards, and internal policies<br />•    Partner with Legal and Corporate HR on complex or sensitive cases</p><p><strong>Talent & Performance Management</strong><br />•    Partner with leaders on hiring strategy, onboarding, internal mobility, and retention efforts<br />•    Support annual performance cycles, goal setting, talent reviews, and development planning<br />•    Identify skill gaps and partner on learning and development solutions</p><p><strong>HR Operations & Process Excellence</strong><br />•    Ensure accurate execution of HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, job changes, leave management, benefit and policy administration, <br />•    Health and Safety advisory support<br />•    Use HR data and insights to identify trends, including engagement and retention drivers, and recommend actions<br />•    Continuously improve HR processes to enhance employee and leader experience</p><p><strong>Project Management & Change Delivery</strong><br />•    Lead and manage site-level HR projects from initiation through execution and stabilization (e.g., engagement initiatives, workforce changes, policy rollouts, system/process implementations)<br />•    Partner cross-functionally with site leadership, Corporate HR, and other functions to ensure successful delivery and adoption<br />•    Support change management efforts by ensuring leaders and employees are informed, prepared, and supported through transitions</p></div></div><div style='padding: 10px 0px;border: 1px solid transparent;'><div style='font-size:16px;word-wrap: break-word;'><H2 style='font-size: 1em;
