WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

HR Data & Analytics Management 

 

Analyze and interpret complex data sets across people, processes, and systems to generate actionable insights and recommendations for HR and business stakeholders. Apply a business and analytics mindset to support decision-making throughout the employee lifecycle, focusing on outcomes and partnering with senior leaders to address key business questions. Various HR and business report consolidation and submission.

 

Process Improvement & Operational Efficiency

 

Review and enhance HR processes and workflows with a cross-functional perspective and an understanding of end-to-end business process flows to improve employee experience, operational efficiency, and scalability.

 

HR Automation & Technology Adoption

 

Lead and support the standardization, automation, and optimization of HR processes and systems, including integration of HR databases for analytics and reporting. Drive adoption of HR technology by simplifying solutions, enabling self-service, and collaborating with global and regional teams on HRIS integration and ongoing system initiatives.

 


WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • 5+ years of experience in analytics, business systems, HR systems, or data-driven roles supporting decision-making.
  • Strong capability in Excel and Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
  • Experience working with SAP HR / SuccessFactors or similar enterprise systems.
  • Strong ability to work across functions, understand unfamiliar processes quickly, and translate business requirements into data solutions.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure with multiple deliverables.
  • Strong presentation skills including building meaningful materials, presenting effectively to leadership and responding to questions on the fly based on in-role business context and acumen.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to collaborate with others, and articulate complex messages and requirements.
  • Must be well-organized and very detail-oriented.
