Responsibilities

  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment
  • Ensure all floors are properly cared for, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing to maintain a pristine appearance
  • Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and amenities to ensure guest comfort and operational efficiency
  • Follow established safety procedures when handling cleaning chemicals and equipment to maintain a safe work environment
  • Collaborate with team members to complete daily cleaning schedules efficiently and effectively
  • Conduct routine inspections to uphold cleanliness standards and address any maintenance or sanitation issues promptly
  • Assist with special cleaning projects, including industrial or deep-cleaning tasks as needed to meet high standards of hygiene

Requirements

  • Proven experience in cleaning, janitorial work, or hospitality housekeeping roles is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of floor care techniques including polishing, buffing, and carpet cleaning
  • Previous hotel or hospitality experience is a strong plus, demonstrating familiarity with guest service standards
  • Strong understanding of custodial practices and industrial cleaning methods
  • Ability to operate various cleaning equipment safely and efficiently
  • Excellent attention to detail with a positive attitude toward maintaining cleanliness standards
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
