Role Description

The System VP/Chief Medical Information Officer (CMIO) for Care Transformation and Population Health is a physician leader responsible for providing strategic clinical leadership and informatics expertise to drive the development, implementation, and optimization of technology-enabled solutions that transform care delivery across the health system.

Focus on leveraging technology to support innovative care models, expand access to care through telehealth, and improve population health outcomes.
Serve as a key liaison between clinical stakeholders, IT, and executive leadership.
Ensure that clinical perspectives are integrated into all technology-related decisions.
Support the evolving needs of the organization in care transformation, telehealth, and population health management.

Qualifications

Doctor Of Medicine. Medical Degree (MD or DO) required.
Master's degree in Medical Informatics, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a leadership role in clinical informatics.
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing clinical information system implementations, particularly in telehealth and population health settings.
Experience with electronic health records (EHRs), telehealth platforms, and population health management tools.
Experience with data analytics and reporting tools.
Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in clinical practice.
