Role Description

We are seeking a Sr. Sourcing Specialist to join our Talent Management team. In this highly visible role, you will play a critical part in building pipelines of critical Physician and Provider talent to support the clinical and strategic growth of our healthcare organization.

What You Will Do:

  • Build and maintain pipelines of passive, critical Physician and Provider prospects.
  • Partner closely with Physician & Provider Recruiters and hiring leaders to develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize digital sourcing methods, social media platforms, professional networks, and Physician and Provider databases to identify and engage prospects.
  • Serve as a brand ambassador by promoting a positive employer brand and delivering an exceptional prospect/candidate experience.
  • Conduct prospect screening, assess qualifications and role fit, and route appropriately through the recruitment process.
  • Build and maintain relationships with academic and graduate medical education leaders to ensure access to long-term talent pipelines.
  • Provide strategic guidance and consultation on the planning and execution of Physician and Provider recruitment participation in career fairs and industry events.
  • Meet service level agreements (SLAs) and sourcing metrics while proactively communicating progress, risks, and outcomes to recruiting partners.
  • Ensure compliance with all employment laws, data privacy standards, and fair hiring practices.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Minimum of five (5) years of experience in healthcare, or related industry, talent acquisition sourcing required. Physicians, advanced practice providers, or clinical talent sourcing preferred.
  • Strong expertise using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, and sourcing technologies.
  • Demonstrated experience leveraging social media, professional networks, and candidate databases.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment, communicate effectively, and build strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

  • This position is fully remote, supporting teams distributed across multiple states, however, candidates must reside in states where Essentia is authorized to employ.
  • We are unable to employ candidates residing in California, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Massachusetts, New York, or New Jersey.

Compensation Range

$78,624.00 - $117,936.00
