Role Description

As a Key Account Advisor you manage a portfolio of Booksy's High Value customers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience, ongoing support, and active engagement with the platform. You are focused on maintaining high levels of revenue retention, generating business opportunities and strengthening the relationship with our customers.

You aren't just managing accounts; you are building a bridge between global solutions and local business culture. Your success will be measured by your ability to foster deep-rooted trust, navigate complex local hierarchies, and drive long-term revenue growth within your portfolio.

Your team:

  • You will join our Customer Success team, a passionate group committed to providing the best service to our customers, and reporting to the CS Onboarding Manager (US).

What you will do:

  • Provides exceptional customer support across multiple channels to High Value Providers
  • Efficiently and promptly resolves incoming inquiries and concerns.
  • Conducts the onboarding of Providers to increase the number of online bookings on their profiles during the onboarding period.
  • Educates providers on the functions of Booksy.
  • Outbound contacts focused on customer and revenue retention.
  • Delivers a seamless and positive customer experience.
  • Identify expansion opportunities (upselling/cross-selling) by aligning our product roadmap with the specific economic trends of the Vietnamese market.
  • Plays an integral role in generating new sales that turn into lasting relationships.
  • Attends meetings with potential High Value Providers according to business needs.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure localized collateral reflects the tone and values of the Vietnamese business community.

Qualifications

  • Bilingual proficiency in Vietnamese.
  • 3+ years of experience in account management, or customer success, specifically working with Vietnamese customers.
  • Strong understanding of customer onboarding and support.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and storytelling skills. Able to translate complex changes into simple, actionable messages.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority and build trust across multiple teams and regions.
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring adoption and engagement metrics.

Requirements

  • Native or bilingual proficiency in Vietnamese and professional fluency in English is required.
