Responsibilities

  • Lead the entire brewing process from ingredient selection to fermentation, packaging, and storage, ensuring consistency and quality in every batch.
  • Develop and refine recipes to create innovative craft beers that meet market trends and customer preferences.
  • Maintain rigorous sanitation protocols throughout all brewing and packaging areas to ensure product safety and compliance with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) standards.
  • Oversee the implementation of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) to guarantee manufacturing excellence and food safety compliance.
  • Manage equipment maintenance, mechanical troubleshooting, and upgrades to optimize brewing efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Supervise warehouse operations related to raw materials, packaging supplies, and finished product storage, including forklift operation when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with all food industry regulations, including HACCP, sanitation standards, and safety protocols, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in brewing within a craft beer or food manufacturing environment with a strong understanding of brewing processes.
  • Mechanical knowledge related to brewery equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair.
  • Familiarity with sanitation procedures, HACCP, CGMP standards, and food safety regulations.
  • Prior warehouse experience including inventory management and forklift operation certification preferred.
  • Knowledge of packaging processes for beverages or food products.
  • Strong background in manufacturing operations with an emphasis on quality control and safety standards.
