About the role: Join K Health as we partner with the nation\'s top-rated hospital systems to close care gaps via Virtual Comprehensive Care Clinics. We are looking for full-time Primary Care physicians who will deliver fully remote text and video-based, comprehensive clinical care encompassing preventive care, sick visits, and chronic condition management. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with your patients, representing K Health and our clinical partners while providing world-class remote care. The ideal candidate must be licensed in CT, IMLC preferred , have a board certification in Family Medicine, and be comfortable practicing the full spectrum of comprehensive care, including pediatrics and mental health. Our virtual clinic is fully supported 24/7 by a dedicated team of Care Concierge, Clinical Operations, and technical support staff, which helps significantly reduce your administrative burden. What you\'ll be doing: Manage a dedicated panel of patients as their primary care physician Educate patients on appropriate treatments and care plans for their health needs Manage patient follow-ups for chronic care programs Prescribe and refill medication as appropriate Drive high-quality care with a focus on patient outcomes Elevate remote care by providing compassionate and meaningful patient encounters Collaborate with Clinical Team Members to build clinical guidelines and policies What we\'re looking for: 3+ years of post-residency work experience Must have an active CT state medical license, IMLC preferred Demonstrated experience in Acute Care or Urgent Care settings Primary care and behavioral health experience, ability to treat both acute and chronic care conditions Should be tech-savvy, proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and have telemedicine experience Extensive experience handling 3+ cases per hour Must have prior experience with EPIC EMR Clean background and medical malpractice history Willing to commit 40 hours per week, 36 clinical hours Must be able to work Monday and Friday with flexibility over starting hours (i.e., 7 am-12:30 pm EST) Must be able to work one weekend day every other week Benefits: Malpractice insurance coverage Work from anywhere in the US 144 hours of PTO per year 5 Sick Days NetCE access Paid parental leave Competitive health, dental, and vision insurance options CME Allowance $2000 annually Compensation: $210,000 - $270,000 USD We offer competitive compensation packages based on industry benchmarks for function, level, and geographic location.
