As a utility meter technician, you will perform the change out of existing electric meters. Install module upgrades to gas meters and assume responsibility for the safe operation of a company vehicle, equipment, and tools. Perform up to standards within time frames outlined by the Field Supervisor and Project Manager. In addition, you will learn how to utilize the computer system to plan and complete your daily work.
