Partnering with top global companies, we deliver the right talent at the right time—while guiding our people toward exponential growth.</p><p><br></p><p><strong><u>Your role </u></strong></p><p><strong>Managing the end to end recruitment process</strong></p><p>You will be first point of contact for a candidate's journey with FDM, your role will have a core responsibility to:</p><ul><li>Review and assess incoming applications and arrange pre-screen calls with candidates to understand their motivation for applying to our Graduate Programme in Singapore and Malaysia</li><li>Assess the candidate's suitability for the Programme they have applied for</li><li>Take the candidate through the recruitment process through sending online tests, arranging assessment centres and preparing candidates for the recruitment process with FDM</li><li>Share FDM's business model with candidates, answering questions the candidate might have and being as informative as possible at all times</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Candidate attraction</strong></p><ul><li>Constantly developing your own candidate pipeline to ensure we are hiring a diverse group of exceptional talent</li><li>Using LinkedIn to proactively reach out to new graduates, sharing how they can start a career in technology without a technical degree background</li><li>Building strong relationships with your candidates to increase referrals</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Engagement Events </strong></p><ul><li>Work closely with FDM’s university partners to promote our Graduate Programme to students and graduates through tailored, exciting virtual events</li><li>Attend careers fairs to connect with students about their career options and how FDM can be part of that journey</li><li>Arrange ice breaker events with candidates who are joining FDM’s Graduate Programme to engage and develop strong relationships with incoming cohorts to FDM</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong>Relationship management </strong></p><ul><li>Work in partnership with your immediate team to ensure we are working towards hiring full cohorts of graduates onto every Graduate Programme we are running</li><li>Develop relationships with key internal stakeholders</li><li>Manage your candidates with respect and provide an exceptional candidate experience through strong relationship building</li><li>Liaise with FDM’s internal Sales team to understand client’s requirements so you can effectively relay FDM’s potential career paths to candidates</li><li>Update internal stakeholders on how the recruitment pipeline is looking and communicating honestly and openly of any challenges within the graduate market</li></ul><p><br></p><p><strong><u>You</u></strong></p><p>You enjoy working with a team and collaborating so you can contribute to wider business goals.
