Key Responsibilities • Execute comprehensive test plans to identify, reproduce, and accurately report defects in game functionality, performance, and user experience. • Provide detailed written and verbal feedback on game playability, design, and overall player enjoyment to development teams. • Monitor and moderate online forums, social media channels, and in-game chat to ensure adherence to community guidelines and terms of service. • Engage proactively with the community, answering questions, providing support, and escalating critical issues to relevant teams. • Identify and report trends in player feedback and community sentiment to help inform game development and community strategy. • Assist in organizing and supporting community events, contests, and other engagement initiatives. • Maintain a high level of expertise on assigned game titles and platforms.
