IT Client Engagement and Solutions require a Senior Project Manager to implement Corporate technology projects which may include external procurement in house development and/or Cloud solutions. Teams will consist of IT resources business clients vendors and other internal/external interested parties. This position requires an adaptable individual with strong communication skills and proven ability to develop trusted work relationships. The ability to work in a technical team environment demonstrating innovation initiative a customer service focus and the ability to meet commitments is essential. This individual must clearly be able to demonstrate team leadership change leadership political acumen influencing planning and organizing skills. Ability to adapt and align performance for success and see the 'big picture' whilst maintaining awareness of the smaller details.

Essential Skills

1. Over Ten (10) years' IT project management experience planning and implementing Commercial off the shelf Products (COTS), in house developed solutions and /or cloud solutions (the majority of this experience should have been practiced in accordance with the generally recognized good practices identified in PMI’s PMBOK; Guide, in recent years).

2. Over Ten (10) years' experience leading and supporting multidisciplinary project teams consisting of internal staff from IT and clients, contractors, and vendors.

4. Minimum 5 years' Experience with project management tools(example, MS project server, project online )

Additional Skills & Qualifications

1. Experience with project resource planning, including participation in project team resourcing.

2. Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to build and manage complex relationships with groups/individuals with varying perspectives, interest, and roles.

3. Strong leadership, planning, time management, change management and analytical skills.

4. Well-developed communication skills including oral, written, presentation and facilitation skills

5. The ability to undertake multiple projects, manage competing demands, prioritize and adjust resources.

6. Experience managing projects involving content server or other document management systems

7. Previous work experience in the public sector or large organizations
