Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus for this position.<br><br><strong>Benefits You Can Count On<br><br></strong><ul><li>Pay rate: $18.00 per hour.</li><li>3pm start time, Monday-Friday </li><li>Generous benefits that start on your 60th day: medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid life insurance. </li><li>Earn vacation time, and sick leave accrual from day one and paid holidays after 90 days. </li><li>401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90 days. </li><li>Additional benefits: pet insurance, parental leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement program, and more! <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>What You’ll Do As a Fuel/Wash Teammate<br><br></strong><ul><li>Fuel tractors and trailer refrigeration unit tanks. </li><li>Wash tractor trailers as well as washing down Transportation Department facilities when required. </li><li>Work with Yard Driver and transportation shop to ensure that tractor trailers are properly cleaned and fueled and mechanically sound. </li><li>Make note of any maintenance issues and forward information to the shop Mechanics. </li><li>Ensure that the fuel islands are maintained in a clean and safe manner, including proper warning signage as needed. </li><li>Work safely to prevent injury to people and damage to products and equipment. </li><li>Other duties as assigned. <br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Qualifications You’ll Bring As a Fuel/Wash Teammate<br><br></strong><ul><li>At least 18 years of age. </li><li>High School Diploma or GED preferred. </li><li>Ability to drive a semi tractor (will drive on McLane property only) and have knowledge/understanding of air brake operations. </li><li>This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Fit the following?
