Front of House Supervisor

AS A PART OF THE MANAGEMENT TEAM, YOU WILL:

  • MANAGE THE FLOOR ENSURING A POSITIVE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE FOR THE RESTAURANT.
  • MAINTAIN A CLEAN, ORGANIZED ENVIRONMENT.
  • BE ABLE TO PERFORM ALL POS DUTIES, CASH MANAGEMENT AND FRONT OF HOUSE FUNCTIONS INCLUDING OPENING AND CLOSING PROCEDURES.
  • PROMOTE BIG TIME AS THE EVENT SPACE FOR FUN IN WINDSOR/ESSEX THROUGH CREATION AND POSTING SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT.
  • CREATE AND EXECUTE INNOVATIVE BEVERAGE OFFERINGS
  • CONTACT, BOOK, SET UP AND EXECUTE EVENTS.
  • ASSIST OPERATIONS IN MAINTAINING PROPER COVERAGE AND TEAM MEMBER SCHEDULING TO ENSURE CUSTOMER SERVICE STANDARDS ARE EXCEEDED.
  • ENSURE ALL CASH HANDLING PROCEDURES ARE UPHELD, BEING ACCOUNTABLE FOR THE SHIFT.
  • HUMAN RESOUCRE FUNCTIONS FOR FOH INCLUDING HIRING, RETAINING STAFF, PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT AND OTHER ADMIN DUTIES.
  • INVENTORY, ORDERING AND AUDITING
  • PROVIDE GUIDANCE AND ACTIVELY SET AN EXAMPLE FOR TEAM MEMBERS.
  • ENSURE ALL STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURES ARE MAINTAINED AND FOLLOWED.
  • PROMOTE AND PRACTICE SAFE WORK HABITS, REPORTING POTENTIAL SAFETY HAZARDS AND INCIDENTS IN THE INTEREST OF MAINTAINING A SAFE WORK ENVIRONMENT.
  • MUST BE ABLE AND WILLING TO WORK WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS, AS WELL AS EVENINGS. IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING OR ABLE, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY.

This is not a 9-5, Monday to Friday job, and we need our team on hand when our guests are here. This is a keyholder position, that requires background check.
