Front Desk Receptionist

We are currently looking for candidate for front desk of growing medical office.

2. Medical Office Previous Experience(Insurance benefit check, patient schedule management, registration, cleaning, checking inventory etc.)

3. Patient's care and manner

Duties

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls to the appropriate personnel.
  • Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents.
  • Schedule appointments and manage calendars for staff members.
  • Handle clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, typing correspondence, and managing office supplies.
  • Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Utilize QuickBooks for basic bookkeeping tasks as needed.
  • Support office management functions to ensure a productive work environment.
  • Assist with administrative duties related to dental or medical reception as required.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a front desk or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clients.
  • Solid organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Previous experience in clerical or administrative positions is highly valued.
  • Knowledge of calendar management and time management techniques is essential.
  • Experience with bookkeeping or QuickBooks is beneficial but not mandatory.
  • Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and proofreading.
  • A background in customer service or personal assistant roles will be advantageous.
