Front Desk Associate

As Club Pilates, under CoreHaus Fitness, we are a studio focused on building strength, alignment, and community. Our front desk team plays a vital role in creating a welcoming, organized, and supportive environment for both members and guests.

Position Overview

The Front Desk Associate is the face of the studio and the first point of contact for clients. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for wellness and customer service. The ideal candidate is friendly, proactive, and comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced, client-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival and departure
  • Check clients in for classes and assist with studio flow
  • Answer phones, texts, and emails promptly and professionally
  • Educate new and prospective clients on classes, memberships, and promotions
  • Support sales efforts by booking intro classes and memberships
  • Maintain accurate client accounts, schedules, and notes
  • Assist with retail sales
  • Keep the front desk and common areas clean, organized, and presentable
  • Communicate effectively with instructors and management
  • Follow studio policies, procedures, and brand standards

Qualifications

  • Prior customer service, hospitality, or wellness experience preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with sales conversations and member outreach
  • Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
  • Basic computer skills; booking software experience is a plus
  • Interest in fitness, Pilates, or wellness is strongly preferred

Schedule & Requirements

  • Availability for mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light items (up to ~20 lbs)
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
