Position: Core Maker

This person is responsible for properly assembling quality sand cores for the production process. The position is onsite, at the below address:

Location:700 Tub Mill Run Road, West Salisbury, PA 15565

Hours: Monday – Friday, 6:00 am – 2:30 pm, overtime is available

Compensation: Dependent upon experience and qualifications – starting at $15.00/hr

Specific Job Functions

Core Maker

· Construct cores to achieve an excellent casting finish

· Ram sand to achieve an excellent casting finish

· Coat and paint cores

· Accurately inspect core boxes

· Maintain adequate consumables, paint, and necessary supplies

· Clean and maintain mini-mixer

· Sift and pack sand into core boxes and pattern contours

· Clean and smooth core boxes and repair surface imperfections

· Perform any other duties or tasks as assigned or required

Position: Foundry Production Floater

This person is responsible for performing a variety of tasks associated with the manufacturing and shipping of iron castings.

Qualifications

· Competitive, motivated, and self-directed with an appetite for learning

· High school diploma or equivalent

· Basic understanding of blueprints and drawings is a plus

· Will train if no experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 per hour
