About the Role:

You can start part-time (10+hours/week) and grow into a full-time position at your own pace.

We’re seeking motivated, coachable professionals who want to grow in the financial services industry. As a Financial Professional, you will meet with clients virtually or in-person to assess their goals and provide personalized recommendations in areas such as:

● Life insurance and final expense coverage

● Indexed growth and annuity strategies

● Tax-free retirement planning

● Debt management and legacy building

● Business protection and succession planning

What We’re Looking For:

No financial background or experience required. Entry-level candidates are welcome since we provide training. We’re interested in candidates who have:

● A strong work ethic and desire to learn

● Effective communication and relationship-building skills

● Professionalism and integrity

● A genuine desire to help others

● Entrepreneurial or leadership background (a plus)

● Life and Health License preferred (not required as we will help you with the process of

obtaining one)

Requirements:

● Must currently reside in the United States

● Must have or be able to obtain a U.S. Social Security Number

● Must be 18 years or older

● Must be able to pass a background check (no felonies)

● Must be willing to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (support provided)

Most new candidates can complete their licensing within 7–14 days depending on study pace and state testing availability.
