Facilities and Public Areas (PAD) Dispatcher - Full-Time

<p><strong>POSITION OVERVIEW</strong></p><p>A Facilities and Public Areas (PAD) Dispatcher will use excellent customer service skills to answer calls from both Guests and Team Members while collecting details regarding issues and dispatching our Engineering team utilizing the computer-based program in a timely manner.</p><p><strong>ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p><p>The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:</p><ul><li>Support incoming phone and radio traffic relevant to requests for Facilities and PAD</li><li>Respond to email inquiries within scope of responsibility and if necessary, route requests to the appropriate departments</li><li>Enter, track, and prioritize work orders utilizing the CMMS system</li><li>In partnership with the Dispatch Supervisor, monitor hotel engineer’s productivity utilizing the CMMS system to minimize guest response and resolution times</li><li>As requested by management, review productivity reports, look for deficiencies and/or opportunities for improvement, and bring to leadership’s attention</li><li>Provide follow up to ensure completion and satisfaction for guest requests</li><li>Assist on the tracking and distribution of devices to tower personnel</li><li>Monitor and address systems and alarms relative to life safety control throughout the resort via Fire Command panels</li><li>Ability to differentiate between all code types on FCC panel</li><li>Promote positive and productive motivation within department</li><li>Communicate and respond to security codes as expected</li><li>Maintain full knowledge, understanding, and adherence to company and department rules, policies, and procedures</li><li>Assist with asset tagging and labeling of material</li><li>Temporary or permanent duties and responsibilities may be added to or modified as deemed necessary</li></ul><p><strong>QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS</strong></p><p>To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
