Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our team at arenaflex. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish, working closely with partners to plan requirements, identify risks, manage project plans, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the organization. You will be equally comfortable explaining your team's findings and recommendations to executives as you are discussing technical trade-offs in product development with engineers. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with a team of Engineers and Architects to address the global fleet of Third-Party Data Centers (3PDC) Work with cross-functional partners to understand business needs, design and complete end-to-end analysis that includes data collection, analysis, ongoing scaling, and presentations Design and automate metrics, iteratively building and prototyping dashboards to provide insights at scale Drive process improvement through data analysis, envision, and make business recommendations based on 3PDC data, identifying, and acting on opportunities to drive change Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience At least 3 years of experience in program management, with a focus on technical program management Experience managing cross-functional or cross-group projects, with a proven track record of delivering results Experience in financial modeling and analysis, using spreadsheets and manipulating large datasets using SQL Preferred Qualifications In addition to the essential qualifications, we are looking for candidates with: At least 3 years of experience managing large, cross-functional projects that span a diverse set of stakeholders, both technical and non-technical Experience in technical program or project management roles, with a focus on cloud infrastructure and data analysis Experience identifying, communicating, and collaborating with stakeholders within one or more teams to drive impact and work towards shared goals Excellent analytical, data visualization, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need to have: Strong technical skills, with experience in cloud infrastructure and data analysis Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and identify insights Experience with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum Career Growth and Learning Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
