Job Overview arenaflex is recruiting for multiple Seasonal Data Entry Operator positions, offering a unique opportunity for individuals to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. These part-time, seasonal positions are represented by SEIU and typically work an eight-hour day shift, Monday through Friday. However, due to workload, day shifts may work less than eight hours a day or 40 hours a week, with starting and ending times varying depending on the unit and business need. Key Responsibilities Utilize specialized browser-based applications to enter or repair alphanumeric information from source documents and images. Capture data and/or verify the accuracy of OCR data, correcting logic errors and math blocks as needed. Operate electronic data entry or word processing equipment to input information from source documents, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Follow established procedures closely, demonstrating accountability in performance and a strong desire to improve. Work effectively in a team environment, contributing to the achievement of unit goals and objectives. Qualifications and Requirements To be considered for this exciting opportunity, candidates must meet the following essential qualifications: Three months of full-time experience in data entry or word processing, including operating electronic data entry or word processing equipment to input information from source documents. A keyboard (typing) speed of at least 45 words per minute. Completion of an established data entry training course using electronic data entry equipment may be substituted for up to three months of experience.
