Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Remote Medical Data Entry Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a Remote Medical Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our nationwide revenue cycle management operations. Your primary responsibilities will include working through CMS portals, processing cases, and entering data into our database. You will also be responsible for reviewing eligibility, preparing and tracking data, and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. Key Responsibilities Work through CMS portals to process cases and enter data into our database Review eligibility and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company standards Prepare and track data, including documentation and filing Respond promptly to client inquiries via email, providing excellent customer service and support Utilize appropriate systems and databases to enter client or examine information and retrieve information as needed Pull medical records from clients' external sites and upload them into our internal database Verify that all medical records are complete and filled out properly Assign medical records to reviewers for further evaluation and insight Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: 1+ year of data entry experience 1+ year of patient access experience High school diploma or equivalent Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently in a remote environment Preferred qualifications include: Experience working in a revenue cycle management or healthcare setting Familiarity with CMS portals and databases Knowledge of medical terminology and coding principles Certification in medical data entry or a related field Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and competencies: Strong technical skills, including proficiency in data entry software and systems Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Career Growth and Development At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the career growth and development of our employees.
