Job Overview We are urgently hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to work on a 100% remote basis, starting from December 23, 2024. As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in our mission to retrieve medical records for audit purposes. Your primary responsibility will be to place outbound calls to provider offices, ensuring that all necessary medical documentation is obtained and entered into our company database.
