About the Role In this critical role, you will act as the initial point of contact for inquiries from potential and existing beneficiaries and community-based organizations related to our programs. Your primary responsibility will be to provide one-to-one telephone contact with applicants, beneficiaries, and enrollees in customer service roles, ensuring that all interactions are handled with professionalism, empathy, and a commitment to resolving issues efficiently. You will accurately document enrollment requests, status changes, complaints, and grievances, and enter application and enrollment information into our web-based computer system for customers wishing to apply for the program over the telephone.
