Job Overview The Product Principal - Customer Experience Leader is a strategic role that focuses on connecting strategies and defining scope across multiple product teams and domains. As a key member of our product management organization, you will drive business value, improve customer satisfaction, and deliver quality products that align with our company's priorities. You will work closely with Product Directors, cross-functional program leaders, and senior-level leaders to guide in-depth business reviews, communicate, and present across all levels of the organization. Key Responsibilities Delivery and Execution (10%) : Coordinate with Distinguished Engineers, User Experience Principals, and impacted teams to ensure a clear path to scope and alignment. Review recommended solutions and work of product teams to ensure products meet company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities. Strategy and Planning (60%) : Partner with Cross-Functional Programs or Technology Portfolios to align outcomes, cascade context to leadership, and strategy down to balanced teams using OKRs. Lead cross-functional discovery by partnering with UX Principals, Distinguished Engineers, and balanced teams. Create, coordinate, and sequence activities to ensure alignment across impacted teams and provide visibility of the work through holistic roadmaps with dependencies. Team and Stakeholder Management (30%) : Partner with leadership to represent the portfolio during enterprise planning, coordination, and discovery. Foster collaboration across multiple teams and portfolios to drive value, identify, and resolve impediments. Manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to ensure scoping aligns with product strategy and provide education to requestors to determine prioritization based on tangible benefits and/or user experience. Essential and Preferred Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and education.
