Job Overview The Part-Time Customer Escalations Phone Agent role is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team of customer service professionals who are dedicated to delivering exceptional support to customers. As a Phone Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers who have received notifications related to past rentals or previous transactions. Using customer-provided information, you will help customers take payments for prior rentals or resolve outdated alerts.
