Job Overview We are currently seeking an experienced and highly motivated E-commerce Fulfillment and Operations Specialist to join our warehouse and logistics team at arenaflex. As a member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring that customer orders are processed, packed, and shipped in a timely and efficient manner. Key Responsibilities Receive and put away inventory, ensuring that all products are stored in a safe and organized manner Get customer orders ready and pack them up, ensuring that all items are accurately picked, packed, and shipped Load boxes into trucks for shipment, ensuring that all orders are dispatched on time and in good condition Use scanners to read bar codes on products, ensuring that all items are accurately tracked and recorded View prompts on screens and follow the direction for some tasks, ensuring that all processes are followed correctly and efficiently Troubleshoot problems, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the fulfillment process Ensure product meets quality requirements, conducting regular quality checks to ensure that all products meet the highest standards Operate power industrial trucks (PIT) such as a forklift or pallet driver, and work at heights up to 35 feet, ensuring that all equipment is used safely and efficiently Physical Demands The role of an E-commerce Fulfillment and Operations Specialist at arenaflex is a physically demanding one, requiring the ability to: Lift up to 49 pounds, pushing utility carts up to 60 pounds Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts, which can last up to 12 hours Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around the warehouse Go up and down stairs (where applicable), and work at a height of up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable) What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our employees with a safe, inclusive, and supportive work environment that recognizes and rewards their contributions.
