Job Description We are seeking an experienced Data Entry Specialist to join our growing team at arenaflex. As a key member of our functional team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company by accurately and efficiently entering data into our computer systems. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision will be essential in verifying the accuracy of the information before entering it into our systems. Key Responsibilities As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: Reading customer and shipping orders submitted in person, via the print catalog, and online, and deciphering handwriting that can be challenging to read. Keying data into specific arenaflex Excel fields, with the majority of the work for online orders already completed. Reading and keying in data from other source documents. Verifying the accuracy of the data before entering it into our systems. Ensuring that data is consistent throughout the system, including updating pertinent information in other areas of the system. Reporting any data errors or anomalies to your supervisor. Maintaining accurate and updated logs of ongoing work. Performing filing, copying, and other administrative duties for approximately three hours per day. Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications: Required Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in arenaflex Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Strong reading comprehension skills. Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities. Excellent organizational skills. Good communication skills, both written and verbal. Patience and attention to detail, as data entry can be repetitive. Preferred Skills and Qualifications Reading knowledge of English, with the ability to read and understand Spanish (approximately 5-10% of our orders are in Spanish).
