Handle technical issues and maintain accurate records of interactions, demonstrating strong problem-solving and communication skills. Support clinical trial recruitment, patient scheduling, and inquiries, ensuring a seamless experience for all stakeholders. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service or call center experience.
