About the Role The Customer Support and Sales Lead is the central point of contact for all communication with our members and prospective members. As the voice of arenaflex, you will be responsible for guiding our members through their journey with us, addressing their concerns, and providing tailored support to ensure their success. Additionally, you will leverage your natural sales talent to encourage prospective members to join our community and ensure that our Chapters are always fully booked. Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the Customer Support department, overseeing all email communication with the arenaflex community and championing the needs and concerns of our members to the rest of the team. Collaborate with the Admissions team to support accepted applicants in making their decision to join the community and ensure a seamless onboarding experience. Advise members on the most suitable Chapters for their journey and address any concerns or questions they may have. Develop and maintain member-facing documentation, including PDFs and communications, to keep the community informed about important updates and announcements. Set aside dedicated time to drive impactful, long-term improvements and carefully document all processes within the Customer Support department. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should possess the following essential qualifications: 1-2 years of experience in customer happiness and success, with a proven track record of building and optimizing customer experience departments. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to understand and empathize with the needs and concerns of our members. A strategic mindset, with the capacity to think critically and develop creative solutions to complex problems. Impeccable grammar and eloquent written English, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content. Ideally, you should be comfortable with design tools and possess basic design skills to create visually appealing documents and materials.
