As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering incoming calls, assisting with medical referrals, verifying insurance eligibility, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities: Answer 70-90 incoming phone calls per day from customers and identify the type of assistance needed, providing personalized support and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
