Job Summary As a Customer Service Claims Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for handling internal and external phone and email inquiries, providing information and explanations on various levels of contract coverage and terms, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible support. Key Responsibilities Analyze information in Vehicle Service Contracts and claims systems to advise customers of the appropriate benefit amounts. Request and distribute internal information to aid the Claims Adjudication Department. Answer phone and email inquiries, providing information and explanations on various levels of contract coverage and claims processes. Manage workflow, process, and complete all requests and documents according to established procedures. Collaborate with team members, working effectively in a friendly team environment. Interact and communicate with management and coworkers in a visible manner, utilizing camera usage for training, team meetings, and meetings with management. Perform other job duties as assigned. Key to Success To excel in this role, you will need to possess a combination of skills, experience, and personal qualities. These include: Minimum High School graduate or GED is required. Strong organizational and customer service skills, with the ability to problem-solve and multitask. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry skills.
