Experienced Customer Experience Representative - Outbound (Remote Opportunity with Flexible Scheduling in CST Shift)

As a Customer Experience Representative - Outbound, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch service, resolving issues, and addressing the needs of our members and providers in a fair and effective manner. Job Summary In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing customer support and stellar service to meet the needs of our arenaflex members and providers. You will resolve issues, address needs, and demonstrate arenaflex values in your actions. Your goal will be to provide product and service information, identify opportunities to improve our member and provider experiences, and consistently deliver exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities: Provide service support to members and/or providers using one or more contact center communication channels and across multiple states and/or products, including phone, chat, email, and off-phone work supporting our Medicaid, Medicare, and/or Marketplace business. Conduct various surveys related to health assessments and member/provider satisfaction to gather valuable insights and improve our services. Accurately document pertinent details related to Member or Provider inquiries, ensuring that all interactions are thoroughly recorded and up-to-date. Demonstrate ability to quickly build rapport and respond to customers in an empathetic manner by identifying and exceeding customer expectations, providing personalized support and solutions. Aptitude to listen attentively, capture relevant information, and identify Member or Provider's inquiries and concerns, ensuring that all issues are addressed promptly and effectively. Capable of meeting/exceeding individual performance goals established for the position in the areas of: Call Quality, Attendance, Adherence, and other Contact Center objectives, consistently striving for excellence in your work. Able to proactively engage and collaborate with various Internal/External departments, fostering a culture of teamwork and open communication to achieve common goals. Personal responsibility and accountability by taking ownership of providing resolutions in real-time or through timely follow-up with the Member and/or Provider, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction. Support provider needs for basic inquiries and assistance involving member eligibility and covered benefits, Provider Portal, and status of submitted claims, providing accurate and helpful information to our providers. Ability to effectively communicate in a professional setting, conveying complex information in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: HS Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in customer service and communication. 1-3 years Sales and/or Customer Service experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences. Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, demonstrating a higher level of education and expertise in customer service and communication. 1-3 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in customer service, sales, or a related area. Preferred Systems Training: arenaflex Office, Genesys, Salesforce, Pega, QNXT, CRM, Verint, Kronos, arenaflex Teams, Video Conferencing, arenaflex Caremark, Availity, demonstrating familiarity with a range of software applications and systems. Bilingual - Spanish: Preferred, with the ability to communicate effectively with Spanish-speaking customers and provide support in their preferred language.
