Experienced Content Moderator – Entry-Level Data Entry Position for arenaflex Compliance Analytics Team

In this role, you will play a critical part in driving the development and execution of compliance checking arrangements, managing risk assessments, and utilizing business intelligence tools like Business Items, Cognos, Scene, and Stars for data analysis. Key Responsibilities: As a Content Moderator on our Compliance Analytics Team, you will be responsible for: Managing the preparation and execution of compliance risk assessments of business activities for allocated areas of responsibility. Leading the development of risk-based compliance monitoring work plans and procedures. Planning and executing compliance monitoring data analysis as coordinated by the Compliance Checking Examination Chief. Analyzing and recording monitoring results. Preparing reports of checking results and providing reports to business leaders to use in mitigating potential compliance risks. Preparing and designing reports of monitoring activities, results, and related remedial action plans (Covers). Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's Degree and at least 2 years of experience in a compliance monitoring or examining capability (e.g., internal audit, compliance checking) OR a High School Diploma/GED and at least 5 years of experience in a compliance checking or evaluating capability (e.g., internal audit, compliance checking). At least 2 years of experience creating metrics, analyzing data, and converting it into information that can be used to identify potential risk areas or patterns. Experience working with data analytical tools and processes. At least 1 year of direct leadership, aberrant leadership, and/or cross-functional team management experience. Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: At least 5 years of experience in a compliance checking or examining capability. Experience with regulatory compliance requirements related to retail pharmacy and/or healthcare supplier businesses industry. Experience working with sensitive or confidential data. Experience creating and presenting presentations to various audience levels within the organization. Proficiency in using business intelligence software for data analysis, such as Business Items, Cognos, Scene, Masters, etc. Ability to extract and mine data, as well as expertise in data procurement, profiling, managing data warehouses, and understanding statistical concepts like regression, data science, and AI. High-level skills in creating and resolving SQL queries for large-scale database management.
