About the Role We are seeking an experienced and skilled Bilingual Spanish/English Healthcare Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key contributor to our customer service team, you will be responsible for fielding customer inquiries, responding to questions and concerns, and providing exceptional service to our clients.
