As a Pharmacy Technician III, you’ll support the onsite pharmacist to prepare prescription orders for facilities. You’ll be responsible for ensuring that pharmacy standards are maintained, policies are carried out and objectives are accomplished. The ideal candidate is a people person who enjoys troubleshooting and resolving problems and is dedicated to helping customers. For you, no task feels too small and no challenge impossible. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.</p> <p><strong>Pharmacy is located at the following address: 1685 Westbelt Dr, Columbus, OH 43228. Hours are Monday – Friday, 8am-4:30pm with possible weekend and overtime when needed.</strong></p> <p><strong>Primary Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provides exceptional customer service to all consumers and members of the clinic staff</li> <li>Fills prescription orders and makes them available for verification under direct supervision of the Registered Pharmacist</li> <li>Orders, receives and stores incoming pharmacy supplies</li> <li>Receives and processes wholesaler medication orders</li> <li>Verifies medication stock and enters data in computer to maintain inventory records</li> <li>Works with the Pharmacist to assist in the pharmacy functions and keeping the pharmacy in compliance with all federal and state requirements</li> <li>Performs various clerical duties relating to the department</li> <li>Communicates with solid professional verbal and written communication skills</li> </ul> <p>You’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.</p> <p><strong>Required Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Active and unrestricted Pharmacy Technician license in OH</li> <li>1+ years of Pharmacy Technician experience</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>National Pharmacy Technician Certification</li> </ul> <p>Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
