Email Designer - Slicer

Job Description: • This is a remote position. • We are an email marketing agency specializing in growing eCommerce brands by creating exciting, engaging, and personalized messaging across email and SMS channels. • Our expertise allows our clients to cultivate relationships with potential customers and build lasting loyalty with current ones. • Additionally, we are a team of entrepreneurs and creatives passionate about helping businesses scale. • As eCommerce business owners ourselves, we understand the challenges direct-to-consumer brands face and we’re looking for a talented Email Designer / Slicer to help bring our clients’ creative visions to life. • This hybrid role is a split between designing visually compelling emails and slicing finalized email designs in Figma to prepare them for seamless integration into Klaviyo. • You’ll work directly with the Head of Design, Strategists, Implementers and the broader creative team to ensure our clients receive beautiful, functional, and on-brand email campaigns. • Core Tasks: • Designing: Create dynamic, engaging email designs for our clients that follow brand guidelines across campaigns and flows • Collaborate with Strategists and Copywriters to align visual assets with email strategy and copy. • Stay current with email design trends and incorporate new ideas into layouts. • Maintain organization of creative assets and ensure quality through proofreading and layout checks. • Slicing: Slice approved email designs in Figma for use in Klaviyo, ensuring optimal responsiveness and load times. • Compress and export assets with precision, balancing quality and performance. • Ensure sliced designs are clean, organized, and easily handed off to the Email Marketing team. • Continuously refine slicing techniques and contribute to best practices documentation. Requirements: • Must have 1+ years of experience in email design, preferably in an agency or fast-paced environment. • Strong skills in Figma and the Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). • Preferred (but not required) familiarity with Klaviyo or comparable email platforms. • Preferred (but not required) understanding of email slicing best practices and responsive design. • Excellent organization and time management with the ability to juggle multiple projects. • Nice to haves: Creative thinking and bring a detail-obsessed doer • Comfortable shifting between creative design and technical slicing work • Collaborative, communicative, and proactive about sharing progress or raising blockers • Able to take feedback in stride and apply it with a growth mindset Benefits: Apply tot his job
