They are looking for a talented Email/Graphic Designer with a keen eye for detail and strong Photoshop skills to join their team. Email Design Creation: Design visually appealing and on-brand email templates and layouts based on provided copy and client briefs. Ensure all email designs are optimized for conversion, using effective calls-to-action (CTAs), compelling visuals, and clear messaging. 2. Proficiency in Design Tools: Utilize Adobe Photoshop, Figma, or similar design tools to create high-quality, responsive email designs that perform well across all devices and email clients. Create graphics, banners, and other visual elements for use in email campaigns, ensuring they align with client branding and marketing goals. 3. Responsive Design: Ensure that all email designs are mobile-friendly and responsive, providing a seamless experience for users across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices. Test designs across various email clients (e.g., Gmail, Outlook, arenaflex Mail) to ensure consistency and proper rendering. 4. Collaboration with Copywriters & Marketing Teams: Collaborate closely with copywriters and marketing teams to ensure the email design complements the copy and effectively communicates the message to the arenaflex audience. Understand and incorporate key goals from the marketing team to ensure the email aligns with overall campaign objectives. 5. Email Template Creation & Management: Build reusable email templates that can be easily adapted for various campaigns, maintaining consistency across emails while ensuring flexibility for future needs. Update and optimize email templates based on performance data, A/B testing results, and feedback.
