About the role: The eCommerce (Amazon) Marketplace Specialist will support daily operations and growth across global e-commerce marketplaces, with a primary focus on Amazon. This role helps manage product listings, optimize content, coordinate sales and marketing initiatives, track performance analytics, and support advertising efforts. The ideal candidate brings a solid understanding of e-commerce and Amazon Seller Central (experience with TikTok Shop is a plus), is highly organized and data-driven, and thrives in a collaborative environment. This role offers hands-on exposure and room to grow for someone excited to build a long-term career in e-commerce marketplace management.

What You'll Do

  • Marketplace Operations
  • Support daily management of product listings across our current and emerging marketplaces - including but not limited to: Amazon, TikTokShop, and Walmart.com
  • Upload and update SKUs/ASIN’s, maintain variations, ensure accurate product data, and oversee listing quality.
  • Troubleshoot suppressed listings, compliance issues, and catalog errors.
  • Assist in preparing new products for launch, including coordinating translations for international markets.
  • Assist in optimizing titles, bullets, keywords, images, and A+ content to improve conversion.
  • Conduct competitor content analysis and maintain marketplace SEO keyword banks.
  • Update brand storefronts, seasonal modules, and merchandising placements.
  • Help manage brand protection tasks, including trademark misuse, unauthorized sellers, and more.
  • Assist with marketplace research, pricing benchmarking, competitor audits, and regulations (VAT, LUCID, and packaging)
  • Support listing localization and international catalog setup.
  • Advertising & Sales and Marketing Support
  • Review search term reports, identify opportunity keywords, help with non-brand expansion, and monitor bid performance.
  • Support campaign setup, keyword harvesting, negative keyword updates, and ongoing optimization tasks.
  • Provide assistance with executing major sales events, such as Prime Day, Black Friday/Cyber Monday, and more.
  • Assist in creating coupons, deals, and holiday promotions in both Amazon and TikTok Shop.
  • Assist with executing the strategy for Amazon Content Creators Connections
  • Program and TikTokShop Affiliates Program
  • Manage product catalog setup, offers, bundles, commissions, and promotional opportunities.
  • Approve creators, troubleshoot rejected orders, maintain compliance, and monitor performance.
  • Track affiliate metrics and identify trends that drive conversion.

What You Need

  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, Amazon Seller Central, marketplace operations, or digital merchandising (Amazon experience strongly preferred).
  • Strong analytical skills; comfortable navigating Excel/Google Sheets spreadsheets, dashboards, and marketplace data sets.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Eager to learn, highly detail-oriented, and organized.
  • Familiarity with TikTok Shop is a plus, but not required.

Salary & Benefits

  • Salary: $70-$75k / Anually
  • This is a full-time, long-term position.
