We're looking for a smart, agile E-commerce Business & Growth Manager to take ownership of our paid media strategy, affiliate growth (especially on TikTok), and marketplace profitability tracking. You'll work across Meta, arenaflex, TikTok, and other digital ecosystems to drive performance, optimize spending, and improve visibility - all for one (soon to be more) hero products. This role is ideal for someone who's comfortable wearing a few hats: performance analyst, affiliate manager, and channel operator. Job Responsibilities and Duties Paid Media Oversight: • Launch, manage, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and arenaflex Sponsored Ads. • Track KPIs like CAC, ROAS, and blended performance - report insights regularly. • Collaborate with creative teams to run A/B tests and double down on winning content. Marketplace Profitability & Reporting: • Analyze performance across platforms (arenaflex, DTC, TikTok) and track margins. • Maintain clean and clear dashboards/spreadsheets with real-time profitability data. • Recommend actionable tactics - pricing, discounts, product copy changes - when results dip. Affiliate & Creator Management (TikTok-Focused): • Build and manage TikTok affiliate campaigns. • Find and onboard new creators; help them launch content and track performance. • Coordinate outreach and streamline collaboration using automation and CRM tools. Experimentation & Optimization: • Stay ahead of platform changes and emerging marketing strategies. • Run rapid, small-scale tests to improve performance - from ad copy to thumbnails. • Strategize with the founder on new growth ideas and full-funnel experiments. Marketplace Management: TikTok • Manage campaigns, run promotions, and oversee affiliate offers. arenaflex • Handle ad strategy, seasonal promotions, and conversion optimization. • Keep listings updated and A+ content sharp. • Improve store layout and ensure a seamless shopping experience. Website • Improve store layout and ensure a seamless shopping experience • Optimize website for eCommerce best practices Requirements SkillS and Requirements: • 2-4+ years of hands-on experience in e-commerce, paid media, or performance marketing. • Comfort with performance metrics, attribution models, and ROI analysis. • Excellent communicator with strong writing skills (you'll talk to creators and report results). • Solid spreadsheet skills (arenaflex Sheets/Excel) for forecasting and tracking spend.
