Deloitte is delighted to be running the Discover Your Deloitte programme for a second year. We recognise that women are under-represented in Audit and in the wider Professional Services Sector. To address this challenge, our programme is designed to give students the chance to gain new skills, knowledge and most importantly, the confidence to realise their potential and start a successful audit career.

What is Discover Your Deloitte?

Discover Your Deloitte is an intensive coaching programme designed to:

  1. Debunk and demystify industry stereotypes and jargon, giving you the knowledge and skills needed to break industry barriers​
  2. Provide access to a safe space for you to ask any questions that you might not want to ask Deloitte directly - there are no silly questions
  3. Helping you to feel more confident stepping into the professional services world for the first time​

  • A deep-dive into Deloitte's assessments

Should you be successful in your initial assessment stages, you'll also be invited to join the Final Stage Assessment session below:

Who’s it for?

The programme is designed to support women who are interested in pursuing a career in Audit.

You also need to be in your final year or have recently graduated and available to begin a graduate programme with Deloitte in 2026.

If you don't meet the required criteria for this initiative, Deloitte would still welcome your application to their programmes directly.

How will the programme work?  

To join the programme please click ‘Apply’ below where you will be taken through a short application form to ensure you are eligible. There are no written application questions or any other qualitative assessments you need to complete. 

Once you have been accepted onto Discover Your Deloitte you will receive the details of how to access the coaching webinars and materials as well as a unique application URL to use to apply to Deloitte directly (please do not apply directly to Deloitte).
