Role DescriptionWe are seeking a Discord Community Manager – Creator Engagement to build, grow, and maintain a high-quality creator community, with Discord serving as the primary hub—not the job itself.
This role is centered on community development, creator relationships, and engagement, not basic moderation.You will be responsible for cultivating an active, organized, and value-driven creator ecosystem that supports monetization, collaboration, and long-term retention.
