Role Description

We are seeking a Discord Community Manager – Creator Engagement to build, grow, and maintain a high-quality creator community, with Discord serving as the primary hub—not the job itself.

This role is centered on community development, creator relationships, and engagement, not basic moderation.

You will be responsible for cultivating an active, organized, and value-driven creator ecosystem that supports monetization, collaboration, and long-term retention.

You'll work closely with internal teams to activate creators around campaigns, events, and live selling opportunities while ensuring the community remains aligned with LiveShop Studio's standards and goals.

What You'll Own
Build, grow, and maintain an engaged creator community from the ground up
Develop systems to onboard, organize, and retain creators at scale
Foster strong creator relationships and encourage consistent participation
Drive creator engagement through initiatives, announcements, and activations tied to live selling and campaigns
Identify and nurture high-potential creators while encouraging collaboration and knowledge-sharing
Use Discord as the central hub to organize communication, monitor community health, and share timely updates

Qualifications
Proven experience managing or building online communities (Discord or similar platforms)
Familiarity with TikTok creators, creator ecosystems, or live-streaming platforms
Strong written communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable engaging daily with creators and community members
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Proactive, adaptable, and up to date on creator and social media trends
Experience with community engagement initiatives, events, or activations
Understanding of tools or analytics related to community growth and engagement
