This role ensures the effective management of billing, collections, financial counseling, cash flow, and denial resolution processes to support the financial health of the physician enterprise. The Director collaborates closely with clinical, administrative, and financial stakeholders to drive performance improvement, optimize reimbursement, and maintain compliance with regulatory and payer requirements. This position plays a key role in developing and implementing policies, systems, and workflows that enhance patient experience, reduce denials, and improve overall revenue cycle efficiency and cash flow.
