ABOUT THE ROLE
Audible is looking for a change agent to improve how Audible's marketing organization plans, prioritizes, and executes marketing initiatives. This role sits on the Marketing Strategy & Operations team, the strategic orchestration layer ensuring cross-functional marketing efforts drive one unified, customer-centric growth engine. The role will bring deep experience in integrated go-to-market efforts, marketing operations transformation, and cross-functional stakeholder management, with a proven track record of developing prioritization frameworks and partnering with leadership teams to achieve complex marketing goals through operational excellence and AI-enabled process improvements.

As a Director, Marketing Strategy & Operations, you will...
- Align all marketing teams—brand & content marketing, product marketing, growth & lifecycle, paid media, and creative—around shared strategic goals by implementing processes that optimize resource allocation for measurable impact
- Own cross-marketing prioritization during annual and quarterly planning cycles, ensuring alignment on highest-impact initiatives while enabling disciplined, cross-functional execution
- Partner with Data & Insights to systematically capture learnings, drive rigor in campaign performance analysis, and continuously refine prioritization methodologies
- Synthesize campaign metrics into clear, data-driven narratives that empower senior leadership to make enterprise-wide decisions
- Serve as a thought partner to leadership on strategic marketing initiatives that improve investment ROI and operational efficiency
- Partner with marketing technology teams to design and implement automated operational infrastructure that reduces the cost, complexity, and coordination burden of go-to-market efforts
