Director, Field & Demand Marketing


We are looking for a Director, Field & Demand Marketing to sit at the center of pipeline creation, connecting strategy to execution across field marketing, ABM, paid media, and integrated account-based programs that drive measurable revenue impact. This is a highly visible, revenue-driving position.


 


This is a player-coach role, combining team leadership with hands-on execution. You’ll be a trusted partner to sales, translating territory priorities into focused marketing programs that generate pipeline and accelerate deals, while also leading a small team and staying hands-on in campaign and field execution.


Responsibilities


Field Marketing & Sales Partnership



  • Serve as the primary marketing partner to regional sales leaders and AEs

  • Build territory marketing plans aligned to pipeline and revenue goals

  • Plan and execute field programs including executive dinners, roundtables, events, roadshows, and partner activities

  • Ensure field programs are tightly aligned to account priorities and active opportunities

  • Participate in sales calls, QBRs, and pipeline reviews to identify marketing plays that move deals forward


ABM & Demand Generation



  • Own regional and segment-level ABM execution

  • Partner with sales and BDRs to identify target accounts and buying groups

  • Activate 6sense-driven programs to engage in-market accounts

  • Coordinate multi-touch campaigns that combine digital, sales outreach, and field experiences

  • Partner with Marketing Ops to ensure proper tracking, routing, and reporting

  • Translate intent data into actionable campaigns and plays for sales

  • Support campaign builds and optimizations across email, digital, and paid channels

  • Support execution of paid digital programs aligned to ABM and field priorities


Team Leadership



  • Manage a small demand generation / field marketing team while remaining hands-on in program execution

  • Provide structure, prioritization, and coaching

  • Drive a culture of execution, accountability, and partnership with sales


You will work daily with:



  • Sales & Sales Leadership (AEs, RVPs, Regional Leaders)

  • BDRs to align campaigns and follow-up strategies

  • CSMs to support expansion and customer marketing programs

  • Marketing Operations for campaign execution, tracking, and reporting

  • Brand and Campaigns to ensure messaging, positioning, and creative are aligned across field programs and demand campaigns

  • Product Marketing for messaging alignment

  • Partner Marketing on joint field initiatives


Qualifications



  • 10–12 years in B2B marketing, with strong experience in field marketing and demand generation

  • Proven track record partnering closely with sales teams

  • Comfortable speaking with sellers regularly and influencing territory strategy

  • Hands-on experience with ABM and platforms like 6sense, Salesforce, and Marketo

  • Experience supporting paid media programs

  • Strong communicator who can operate confidently across sales, marketing, and ops

  • Highly execution-oriented – you like building, launching, and running programs

  • Experience managing or mentoring team members

The estimated total compensation range for this position is $150,000 - $250,000 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications and experience, and may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards and equity, among other company benefits.
