Job Description


We’re looking for an experienced recruiter who thrives on building relationships, hunting top performers, and shaping the future of our team. You’ll own the entire talent acquisition funnel, from outreach and screening to closing and help us attract world-class marketers, strategists, and creatives who fit our culture of excellence.

What You’ll Do

  • Act as Jetfuel’s in-house headhunter: identify, engage, and convert top marketing talent across paid media, creative strategy, analytics, and operations.
  • Partner directly with department leads and leadership to define role profiles and success criteria.
  • Develop and manage proactive sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, agency networks, and competitor mapping.
  • Create and optimize job postings that attract qualified candidates and reflect our culture.
  • Conduct initial screens and coordinate structured interview loops, ensuring consistency and candidate experience.
  • Provide data-driven updates to leadership: pipeline velocity, offer acceptance, and quality of hire metrics.
  • Maintain and continuously improve our candidate database (SmartRecruiters), tagging for future hiring cycles.
  • Craft and deliver compelling outreach messages that sell the Jetfuel story.
  • Support onboarding and hiring process refinement to ensure seamless transitions.


Qualifications


SKILLS

  • 3–5+ years of experience recruiting in marketing, advertising, or startup environments.
  • Skilled in proactive sourcing and poaching, not just inbound applications.
  • Experience conducting research to build technical assessments
  • Organized, fast-moving, and comfortable managing multiple open roles.
  • A self starter who can build and troubleshoot systems
  • Can work on PST (timezone) with at least 4 hours overlap between
  • Exceptional communicator who can represent Jetfuel’s brand with charisma and precision.
  • Deep understanding of marketing roles (media buyers, strategists, designers, analysts).
  • Analytical mindset: you track metrics, improve processes, and iterate fast.
