<h3><strong>About the Role<br></strong></h3> <p><strong>Stack Influence </strong>is a venture backed marketplace platform that automates collaborations between eCommerce brands and everyday social media creators. We are a high-growth, remote-first startup.<br><br>Stack Influence is hiring a versatile, data-driven <strong>Digital Marketing Manager</strong> to join our team, reporting directly to the Head of Growth.</p> <p>We are looking for someone who has moved past the "novice" phase of Google Ads and is ready to own B2B campaigns, but who also possesses a wider skillset to support broader marketing initiatives. As we launch a new website and manage team coverage, agility is key.</p> <p>You will primarily focus on Paid Acquisition, but you will also play a key role in supporting our new website’s SEO strategy, ensuring content continuity when needed, and assisting with a variety of marketing initiatives. If you understand how to drive leads for B2B, but can also speak the language of eCommerce brands, you will fit right in.</p> <p><strong>Salary is between $60K – $80K CAD.</strong><br><br></p> <h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3> <p><strong>1. Google Ads & Paid Media (Primary Focus)</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Campaign Management:</strong> Build, optimize, and scale Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, and Discovery) with a focus on high-quality B2B lead generation.</li> <li><strong>Landing Page Optimization:</strong> Collaborate on landing page strategy to improve Quality Scores and Conversion Rates.</li> <li><strong>Analytics:</strong> Deep dive into Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to track user behavior, attribution, and ROI.</li> <li><strong>ECommerce Alignment:</strong> Leverage any past experience with eCommerce brands to better understand our target market and craft messaging that resonates with DTC founders and marketing managers.</li> </ul> <p><strong>2. SEO & Web Development Support</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>New Site Updates:</strong> Assist the team with expansion of our new Webflow website (blog evolution, landing page creation, content/copy updates, etc). You will help ensure SEO best practices are maintained during new site updates.</li> <li><strong>SEO Tools:</strong> Utilize Ahrefs and Google Search Console to monitor traffic health and identify keyword opportunities.</li> </ul> <p><strong>3. Content Operations (Coverage & Support)</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Content Continuity:</strong> Provide backup coverage for our content team. You should be comfortable stepping in to manage the blogging cadence, ad creation, and marketing material development when required.</li> <li><strong>AI-Driven Workflow:</strong> Utilize AI tools to research topics and draft blog posts, editing them to ensure they meet our quality standards and SEO requirements. Creating AI automations to streamline a variety of marketing initiatives.</li> </ul> <p><strong>4.
