Digital Marketing and eCommerce Manager

Job Description: • Directly reports to the Senior Director, eCommerce and Digital Marketing • Responsible for supporting all aspects of the eCommerce business including business planning, online marketing, website management and analytics, content strategy and development, and promotional campaigns • Acts as a project manager to evaluate, prioritize, develop, manage, implement, and test eCommerce initiatives • Supports the development and execution of property-level strategic and tactical business plans and advertising budgets • Supports the user experience on Sentral.com and individual property websites including navigation, content development, booking funnel and promotional campaigns • Assists in the planning, QA and execution of web content and online marketing campaigns to ensure efficiency, accuracy and timeliness of publishing • Supports web analytics related to eCommerce and communicates relevant data to team members, executive leadership, cross-functional teams and external stakeholders • Assists in designing, writing, and optimizing marketing campaigns, for owned and non-owned channels, including SEO, SEM, Paid Social, Programmatic, Email Marketing, and more. • Collaborates with cross-functional teams (Product, Revenue Management, Operations, Site Teams, etc) to ensure alignment on goals and implications across eCommerce projects • Assists with management of external agencies and partners to deploy campaigns and solutions • Assists with implementation of new sales and marketing initiatives to increase direct bookings and profitability • Identifies eCommerce opportunities beyond current organizational thinking • Tests variables including incentives, creative, content, and cadence to optimize website and campaign performance Requirements: • Outstanding analytical skills with strong experience interpreting data and drawing conclusions • Proven leadership of eCommerce projects, with desire to learn and contribute • Strong writing and editing skills • Proven attention to detail, quality assurance, and pride in work • Experience with both B2C and B2B eCommerce • Extensive knowledge of e-commerce technology, analytics and best practices • Demonstrated strong business judgment and decision-making skills; ability to identify, prioritize, and articulate highest impact initiatives • Hospitality digital marketing experience preferred Benefits: • We offer multiple medical, dental, and vision health plan options that begin the first month after your start date! • There is one fully company-paid plan (no monthly premiums for you)*, and HSA and FSA options to set aside pre-tax dollars. • Eligible after just three months of employment, we offer a 401(k) with a 4% company match to help you reach your savings goals. • Flexible paid time off, 11 paid holidays, and Enrichment Hours for volunteering or career development! • Team members (and their friends and families) receive travel discounts when they stay at a Sentral community. • All team members are Sentral receive discounted rates on pet insurance, attractions, rental cars, shows, events, and more!
