Join the Customer Data Platform (CDP) group as a Development Manager 2, helping clients activate the data they need faster and with higher quality.


Responsibilities

  • Data onboarding 
  • Client testing, debugging, and activation readiness
  • New entities, integrations, aggregations, CodeGen
  • Backfill coordination (excluding Redshift)
  • Self-service and automation to reduce friction
  • OpEx, data quality, and on-call ownership for activation flows

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience as an established technical leader of software engineering teams that have successfully delivered customer-driven software products or platforms.

  • Passion for being at the leading edge of technology with 8+ years of hands-on software development experience.
  • Demonstrated experience managing an inclusive team of high-performing engineers in multiple office locations.
  • Experience in building, operating large scale web
  • Experience in Agile software development
  • Very strong verbal and written communication
  • Assertive and high presentation skills
  • Proven experience in growing people

Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing fair pay for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender. The expected base pay range for this position is:
